"From the moment we arrived at European Street Village, something felt off. The parking garage felt unsafe, the hallways smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the overall property seemed rundown.Our room had a musty odor with possible mold and was right next to a neighbor yelling at her dog early and late at night. The bed sheets had skin flakes on them. The TVs wouldn’t connect to the internet despite the host insisting Wi-Fi was working, and our concerns were brushed off. The TVs had no cable....

"The only problem with this place was the communication with the host at the time that I booked. It seemed that the host will never reply on time or at all for that matter, and the fact that there was a phone number and one would call no answer and or call back was ever done until it would be too late.
