The suburb is primarily residential, featuring a mix of family homes, retirement properties, and some holiday rentals. It provides convenient access to nearby amenities, including shops, schools, and public transport, while maintaining a tranquil, semi-rural feel.



Koolewong is ideal for those seeking a calm, coastal lifestyle with opportunities for boating, fishing, and walking along the water’s edge, all within a short drive of larger Central Coast town centres and services.



Other Things to Note:

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and will ask you to provide a digital copy of your ID prior to arrival. These details are required via a secure, online Guest Check in Form and the details are stored safely.



We also require a refundable security bond of $2,000, which will be held for the duration of your stay to cover any potential damages. This will be released within 7 days after your departure, provided there are no issues.

You will also be asked to provide your card details via the same secure online check-in form. These details are encrypted and securely processed through the Stripe payment gateway.



We are governed by and fully comply with strict privacy laws, and your card details will not be shared with any third party or retained beyond what is necessary to securely process the required payment or authorization.



Third-party bookings are generally not permitted. The person making the reservation must be one of the guests staying at the property and must be present for the duration of the booking.



The booking guest is responsible for providing accurate guest details, completing all required verification, agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, and accepting responsibility for the conduct of all guests during the stay.



Exceptions may be considered for legitimate third-party bookings made by recognized insurance companies, corporate organizations, relocation providers, or similar authorized entities. Supporting documentation or additional verification may be required.
