Desorganização e falta de respeito
"Chegamos no hotel, e tivemos a surpresa de que o mesmo nao tinha um quarto para a duracao de nossa reserva, apos uma longa discussão com o hotel acabamos reservando o JW marriot ao lado por 4x o preco que estavamos pagando e exigimos uma noite gratuita no dia da chegada, os mesmos nos informaram ..."

"It is a service apartment marketed as a hotel. Check in process was extremely confusing. You have to find the one of 30 companies that market the apartments. No one to help and no one cares. Apartment was dirty - bedsheets had stains and rowels smelled and looked dirty. Avoid with a passion"
