"It was a quiet and wonderful stay on the Japanese countryside. It's a bit out of the way, so make sure when planning your way there you follow the shuttle instructions or have another way of getting there via car or taxi. Staff were friendly and accommodating and helped to contribute to a memorable vacation"

"Es uno de los templos más bonitos de la zona,ubicado en la plaza central del pueblo,a 20 metros del templo principal.Está muy bien cuidado,con jardines preciosos y un onsen para relajarte. El personal que nos atendió muy agradable y preocupada para que estuviéramos como en casa. A las cinco y media nos levantamos para ir al rezo con los monjes y fue una experiencia muy grata. "This place is amazing. Large for Japan standards and quirky, with original station features and nice add ons the owner has made. Lovely thoughtful inclusions such as a torch, ear plugs (ee didnt need them, to be honest most places in Japan you can hear a trai !), umbrella, lovely bath products, great coffee, breakfast tickets, microwave. The owner has made the effort. This was a highlight of two weeks around Japan."

We want to call out ‘Mikki’ who was super kind and helped us with any language barriers we had. The entire restaurant staff was amazing and we are grateful to meet the chef. The onsens were also wonderful. A room here with breakfast and dinner included is an excellent value."
