"Clean room, very friendly and helpful staff, Family friendly ."

"Excellent hotel, look forward to staying with them again in future. Due to an early flight I arrived in the morning, but nonetheless the staff were extremely helpful. "

"Really simple and down to earth place with lovely and kind staff. My favorite parts of the stay was talking to the counter staff and how lovely the view was from the room"

That said, the onsen was fantastic and saved the day. The WiFi was also effective and worked very well. For the price though, this...
