"Clean and perfectly located to all the places we like to attend. Shower in the room could use an upgrade. Rainfall shower head with little pressure. Free coffee and tea. Nice place to stay and will again."

"We had a few days in town as a couple, and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. We were met with a lovely welcome at reception. Our room was spacious, the beds were so comfortable, and the sheets and pillows were clearly very good quality. The restaurant was very nicely appointed, the wait staff very professional and friendly (thank you Sue, we really felt cared for), and, the food was delicious. The buffet breakfast was hot, flavourful, and fresh. We liked having the Nespresso in the room, and...

"The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, the hotel was clean, the room itself was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Our room included the breakfast buffet, which offered a rather large selection of hot and cold foods. Fresh coffee and juices as well as pastries. Parking was free and was plentiful. Overall a nice quiet stay on the outskirts of town. I would definitely return and will recommend. "

"Hotel was wonderful! Welcoming, interesting with so much to look at, quick elevators, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pool and hot tub was a huge hit for us and it was pristine! The only thing I wished for was a store available where we could buy drinks and snacks, like chocolate, popcorn and chips for later night cravings. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay! "

"I paid a 100.00 security deposit and still have not received the credit for it. Room was in excellent condition when we left. Reception said it would take up to a week to get the credit on CCard back. Its been a week and still no credit for the 100.00."

"The room had a lighter left behind from the previous guest and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The carpets and floors had stains and was very dirty. There were bugs in the bathroom. Overall the room was dirty. Staff were nice and breakfast was decent."
