"We have stayed here many times and they have all been good. This time it looks like they gave us the worst room. I’m wondering if it’s because a conference was going on. The furniture had most definitely seen better days, the shower dripped and front door staff were we’re really friendly This may have been the last. time we will stay here"

"I found the rooms not overly inviting. The bed was comfortable with food quality sheets. The pillow were not comfortable. The shower head was pulled out of the wall and it took forever for the water to heat up. I didn't realize my room was going to be close to the train which was annoying when trying to sleep. I love the recycling box under the sink. I would stay again. One minor thing. Breakfast being served at 7 is late when you have to be somewhere for work by 730. 630 would be better. ...

"The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, the hotel was clean, the room itself was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Our room included the breakfast buffet, which offered a rather large selection of hot and cold foods. Fresh coffee and juices as well as pastries. Parking was free and was plentiful. Overall a nice quiet stay on the outskirts of town. I would definitely return and will recommend. "

"We had a few days in town as a couple, and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. We were met with a lovely welcome at reception. Our room was spacious, the beds were so comfortable, and the sheets and pillows were clearly very good quality. The restaurant was very nicely appointed, the wait staff very professional and friendly (thank you Sue, we really felt cared for), and, the food was delicious. "I paid a 100.00 security deposit and still have not received the credit for it. Room was in excellent condition when we left. Reception said it would take up to a week to get the credit on CCard back. Its been a week and still no credit for the 100.00."
