I was travelling to Tokyo for the first time with my husband and two daughters (10 & 13) and we were looking for something that was conveniently located close to subway station entrances, convenience stores and ideally grocery stores. "Great location to the Asakusa station, which got us everywhere we needed to go very easily. 3 minute walk to the shrine, which was very cool to see at night. Staff was very helpful getting our suitcases shipped to the airport on our way home, which made such a difference for our last day (book a couple days in advance). Definitely recommend"

"We booked 2 bedroom suite with table in the living area. Decent space in the suite by Japan standards. It was comfortable for 4 adults. Ceiling was very low but I think that's the standard in Japan. "Part of a big chain so pretty impersonal and soulless. Automatic check in and out. Minimal facilities to make yourself a tea or coffee and paper cups instead of china. A tiny lobby with limited seating. Much prefer the more homely hotels."
