Nestled among a championship golf course, Pili Mai is set in an ideal location on the island of Kauai’s south shore in Poipu Beach. This is Kauai's newest resort development and has a choice of two, three, and four bedroom luxury condominiums.

This central Poipu location offers ocean, golf course, and mountain views and is within walking distance to additional dining, shopping, and entertainment at Poipu Shopping Village and a short distance to world famous Poipu Beach.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. We have been repeat customers (multiple times) in Pili Mai. We like the peaceful location that is centrally located in the Poipu area. The condo was great (as usual) and the property management team is very attentive. 5 STARS all around!

Home away from home

This condo was fantastic...clean, great location, well-stocked. Our family of 4 had plenty of room and everything was provided to make our stay comfortable. I reached out a couple times with questions and was answered very quickly. We hope to return in the future!

Lovely property … Exactly as described!

It was a great property and lovely view of the golf course but a drive or a very long walk to get to the beach. We loved the patio and the living area. It was very new and clean, except for some spiderwebs outside. We had six people in there so the upstairs bathroom was a little tight with four of us. Our only issue was that the kitchen was a little sparse. Not even salt/ pepper and constantly washing utensils because there weren’t a lot. That all said, I would totally stay there again.

Pili Mai Resort | Nice accomodations

The Poipu resort, Pila Mia, was very beautiful and nice. It accommodated 5 adults and one teen. The pool was lovely! It was close to restaurants and shopping. It was easy to get around the Kauai island

Wonderful property

We stayed in this unit with my family of four (including a 13 and 15 year old) and my two parents. The unit was clean and incredibly well stocked. There was plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, and more for all of us and the kitchen was very well stocked with cooking tools as well. The beach equipment was a huge plus as well... plenty of nice beach chairs, umbrella and even boogie boards! We couldn't get over how quiet and comfortable the unit was. The view was wonderful and the neighbors were very kind and friendly. Communication with check in and check out procedures was easy and simple. The beds were super comfortable and the location to great beaches and restaurants was awesome! The only con was that the oven didn't work the whole time we were there, which I wish they had told us ahead of time as I had already bought food on our way in that I couldn't use without an oven. When they did come to fix it in the afternoon of our last day, they left a mess that I had to clean up. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely come stay again!

Family Trip

The property we stayed at was as advertised. The communication was very good as were the directions on accessing the unit. We asked for a pack-n-play, was told it would be there but had to call twice. Even with this glitch, I highly recommend.

Brand new upscale condo w/ wonderful amenities. Very comfortable beds / pillows, gourmet kitchen, HE - large washer & dryer on premises AND the views of the golf course to the ocean CANNOT be beat! Easy check-in, attentive property manager & ultra-clean from top to bottom. Highly recommend.
