In the middle of downtown Koblenz, in the heart of Rhineland-Palatinate - our high-quality holiday apartment is waiting for you. Whether for a city vacation in Koblenz, for short-term rentals or as a mechanic's apartment - in our Cozy-Flats you can feel at home.

The apartment has a tastefully and generously designed living area, or a living-dining area, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with hairdryer. In the living room you will find a flat screen TV. Self-caterers are happy about the fully equipped kitchenette. A very good double bed and a high-quality sofa bed offer the best comfort and good conditions for a restful sleep!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, alles sauber und gut eingerichtet. Parkplatz war vorhanden. Holger ist ein toller Gastgeber.Die Nähe zur Stadt und den Sehenswürdigkeiten sind ideal. Sollten wir Koblenz nochmals besuchen kommen wir gerne wieder.

Stefan was excellent at communicating and our arrival and check in was smooth. The apartment is well furnished and located in a very central location. The parking garage is right below the building and it was no problem to park a large SUV. We would definitely stay again if we were in Koblenz

We never got in

Host refused to use the app to communicate and we never received information on how to get into the apartment. We needed to go to a hotel because of this. We expect that the cost of the VRBO rental will be fully refunded.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the heart of Old Town. A grocery store across the street and the tram lines 2 blocks away made it very convenient. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying here. It was quiet and the beds were so comfortable.

When staying in Koblenz, this is the right place.

Very nice flat with almost new furniture, very clean and quiet. From the flat it is just a short walk to do shopping, dining, sightseeing. We devenitely are coming back.

The apartment was very comfortable and spacious, well equipped, and in very good condition. It is right next to the old town part of the city, and within a few minutes walk of shopping and the Stadtmitte (mid-town) train stop and a taxi stand. There were some miscommunications between the information provided by Expedia and that provided by the property management. In the end, though, it all worked out okay and we enjoyed our stay very much.
