"I wanted a trip to escape with my kiddos and be in nature!! This was exactly that. We enjoyed every minute and the best part was we were left alone. There was enough dishes for a family of 4. Theres a microwave, small toaster oven (I thought I could make puzza and you have to 4th the pizza to do so), there's a grilling grate, so we brought tin foil for burgers; super good. "Affordable, well furnished, working shower, Roku TV with free Netflix, and Becky was a text away if anything needed attention. Would absolutely stay here again my next time up here!"

"This place is epic! The views are stunning, and this beautiful house have everything you need during your stay. There is a lot to do close to the house, so you do not have to travel far. But, with the view and the private beach, you really do not have to go anywhere. The owners are fantastic! You will want to come back to this place often. I know we will be back!"

"This was our first stay here. We will definitely try and come back in the future!Very clean and large sized. Plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen is large, with an island and large dinette set. Loved that the fridge had an ice maker, didn't have to stop and buy ice. Loved the wrap around deck, had my morning coffee out there and loved seeing all the deer around the cabin. Our german shephard loved it too! l. It was cold the first couple nights so the fireplace in the TV room was a nice...

"We had a great time! My friend and I drove up for our spring break weekend. This retreat made for a great cozy getaway spot :)"

"Lovely upstairs apartment. Small deck was a great place to enjoy a morning or evening tea. Easy access to Lake Superior and to a city bus to take you downtown if you don't feel like walking or messing with parking. We loved watching the lift bridge!"

"It was 3 great days, being quiet but active. going between hiking and table games and cards. The lake pulled us back to its shores at least 3 times. and the light when we woke up was special. The trip to the out house gave me a star show that I had not seen since my last BWCAW trip. We both enjoyed are time and was glad to have a full day friday, even though we need to be home for Saturday morning. "
