"Our room was clean and quiet. It was exactly what we needed. Hallways are clean and quiet as well. Construction was going on in the main lobby. Though it was clean and quiet as well. The pool area is very small, and the water was too cold to use. Breakfast had different options, so there was something for each of us. We would use this hotel again. Great spot for our college girl to get studing done while spending time with us."

"The room and all areas of the hotel were IMMACULATE and had the usual amenities. The staff here is beyond compare! They all go above and beyond to be helpful and kind. Always greeted me warmly when I returned to the facility. Always checked to see if I needed anything. They are friendly and genuinely seemed to want my stay to be a good one. "Absolutely wonderful per usual. This location has the most welcoming and accommodating staff, and it has had me choosing the hotel for all my trips to Ames. I especially appreciate the cleaning crew and the front desk staff, including the always delightful woman who works during the week. Rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast is always tasty and fresh."

"Very clean! Hotel has been updated & every thing is very nice & fresh. Hotel staff was very accommodating when the TV, refrigerator & microwave wouldn’t work. Someone had removed the adapter. The staff immediately moved us to another room across the hall. The usual breakfast which was as good as any. No charge for our dog. Will definitely stay there again"

"Lovely and quite area, however a bit of a ways away from town. I wish we had more time to spend in this lovely home and enjoy the amenities. We arrived late and unfed and they kindly provided me with provisions which was above and beyond. Had our best sleep of our cross-country journey here and would definitely visit again if in the area.
