This stunning home is located on a quiet, live oak lined street in Southern Shores with very little traffic. This Nags Head style home boasts charm and simplicity, the kind that's missing in homes built today. Enjoy the modern kitchen and the top level sun room with gorgeous ocean views! Your family will love the wrap-around porches that entice you to sit for hours relaxing and reading a great book. The more time you spend here the more you'll want to return.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool and hot tub, sand volleyball court, outside shower and half bathroom, shaded patio adjacent to the pool, basketball hoop and parking for 5 vehicles. Entry Level. Inside you'll find a King Master Bedroom with private bathroom. 2 car garage with beach chairs, extra full-size refrigerator and gas grill.

Mid Level: Open living area with modern kitchen including 2 sinks, built-in desk and breakfast bar seating 3 with access to the large screened porch with picnic table. Dining room seating 10 -12, great room with a TV, gas fireplace and access to the covered porches, half bathroom and the laundry with washer and dryer. King Master Bedroom with large private bathroom with shower and separate tub.

Top Level: Sun porch with side tables and chairs perfect for drinking coffee while watching the sunrise. King Master Bedroom with crib and private bathroom, Queen Bedroom, Bedroom with 2 Singles with 2 Single Trundles and a full hall bathroom.

Extras: Private Pool (14 x 30), Hot tub, crows nest, sand volleyball court, 1 Cable TV, 5 additional TVs with Roku and Hulu, screened porch, gas grill, high-speed internet, Keurig & Standard Coffee makers, Air Fryer, basketball hoop, 2 full-size refrigerators, gas fireplace (available November 1- April 30) and linens and towels provided. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Què hi ha als voltants

  • One of the northernmost towns along the coast in North Carolina, Duck is an idyllic town on the shores of the Currituck Sound. This shot was taken from the town's boardwalk while looking West over the sounds. It is advisable to visit the location in Winter as that is off season - so you can spend more time taking in the beauty of the North Carolina coastline and also sunsets are usually much more picturesque around the time owing to the cooler temperatures and lower amount of atmospheric haze. Plenty of things around Duck to see. Further north, there is the Currituck Lighthouse where you can climb the steps to the top of the lighthouse. North of Corolla, there is an area where you can drive along the coast on the sand - 4X4s a must. Here you can spot some Spanish Mustangs, horses out in the wild. If you're lucky, you can spot them running along the beach in the surf. I'd recommend taking a tour through the Corolla Wild Horse Fund - the money from the tours is used to help the wild horses in every which way possible and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Better than we thought possible.

This house has EVERYTHING. We were thrilled staying here and lacked for nothing. Pool and crows nest are great. Everything possible for the beach is at your convenience. Lots of bikes to ride. We loved our stay. Thank you.
