"The location was the best part of this property. It is right by the beach and only a few minute walk will get you to the shore. The cleanliness is the biggest issue with this property. The property was filthy especially the kitchen and bedroom areas. The bed sheets had a horrible musty smell to them. The bed is also very uncomfortable and possibly broken. The utilities all worked fine in the kitchen but nothing was cleaned properly."

"Very clean, distance to the beach was amazing, great space with or without pets!"

"Property was clean, beds were comfortable, and everything was labeled well. The instructions from the host were thorough and clear. We appreciated how family-friendly the complex is, with quiet hours and space to grill and hang out at the pool if you needed a break from the ocean. "Very clean and a great location- only a short walk to the beach and it's also within walking distance to a few different restaurants. We also loved sitting on the balcony in the morning with our coffee. Would definitely stay here again."

"It was ok. You should probably mention the small house is attached to large house. A couple things weren’t working. The outdoor shower. The toilet seat was broken. Overall with it."

"Property, pool and condo were extremely clean"

"Truly an exceptional stay. The treetop is exactly as described. It looks out over the treetops and you can sit on the porch and enjoy the birds and sunset. The interior is chic and comfortable - and we slept soundly in the queen bed. Lisa, the hostess, was wonderful and inviting. I would highly recommend the Treetop."

"We had a great week. Just Beachy was awesome especially the back entrance and parking"

"Great property. Sunset views of the sound were amazing,"
