Grab your morning cup of coffee and head out to the screened porch or up to the crows nest. All you see is sand and ocean, all you hear are the birds chirping, and all you feel are the ocean breezes on your skin. Located in the heart of Kitty Hawk at mile post 2, you are close to popular restaurants, shopping, and attractions.

Single Level: Great Room with flat-screen TV, updated kitchen with table for 2, dining room seating 6-8 with a door leading to the covered screened porch with picnic table perfect for outside meals or relaxing and enjoying the exceptional ocean views and the roar of the surf. Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private bathroom, full hall bath, Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV, Bedroom with 2 Singles and flat-screen TV. Access to the beach from the front stairs only. Top level crow's nest with amazing views!

Extras: 4 TVs (Roku & Hulu on all TVs, Netflix & Disney in great room), DVD Player, parking for 2 cars, outside shower, gas grill, high-speed wireless internet, wrap around screened porch, No Smoking. NO PETS. Seasonal Flex Stay available from November 1 - May 30. Distance to Beach: Oceanfront. Beds: 2 Queens, 2 Single Beds. House Address: 5013 N. Virginia Dare Trail, Kitty Hawk. Key Type: Hard Key (must pick up keys from check-in office). CHECK IN LOCATION: 3719 N. Croatan Hwy., Kitty Hawk Office.

Linens and towels are NOT provided but can be rented for the week. Linen and towel rental will include sheets for all beds, 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and 1 bathmat for each shower or tub. Linens can be requested as early as time of booking. Weekly cost: $145.00 not including tax or bed making service.

This property does NOT provide beach chairs.

Beautiful small cottage

My husband, my kids and myself went and stayed for the week at the property and I can’t explain to you just how much we loved it. It was a nice small little cottage and it was smaller than we had anticipated I guess you could say, but it was absolutely perfect, it was so close to the beach that we were able to just walk out and see the ocean without even walking of of the property. My kids had the best time ever and my three-year-old keeps asking when we’re going back to the beach house because she loved it that much my only complaint is that when we reported the air-conditioning was having problems nobody came to help take care of it. However, we were able to figure out the issue incorrect ourselves. This is definitely a place that we are looking to stay at again 💕

This is a perfect house for a small family. The location is wonderful. We love the new renovations. We had everything needed for a great family trip

Great location! Very clean and new on the inside. Loved watching the sunset on the crows nest.
