Once you've vacationed here, you'll be back year after year! This gorgeous, updated oceanfront 3 bedroom, 2 bath spacious condo in the heart of Duck (with a private deck) overlooks the community pool between you and the ocean! There is so much to do in this amenity rich community, from the pools to the trails, grills, shuffleboard, snack bar, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, lifeguarded beach, all this and more in a home just 410 feet to the beach!
Level 1:

Entry foyer, 2 bedroom (1 with Queen, 1 with Queen and 1 Bunk Set), Laundry Room with full sized washer and dryer, full hall bath (with tub/shower combo).
Level 2:

Great room (open kitchen with breakfast bar that seats 4, dining room that seats 8 and gorgeous living room) with sliding door to outdoor space overlooking community pool and ocean beyond! Bedroom (with Queen) and semi-private full bath with tub/shower combo.

Què hi ha als voltants

  • One of the northernmost towns along the coast in North Carolina, Duck is an idyllic town on the shores of the Currituck Sound. This shot was taken from the town's boardwalk while looking West over the sounds. It is advisable to visit the location in Winter as that is off season - so you can spend more time taking in the beauty of the North Carolina coastline and also sunsets are usually much more picturesque around the time owing to the cooler temperatures and lower amount of atmospheric haze. Plenty of things around Duck to see. Further north, there is the Currituck Lighthouse where you can climb the steps to the top of the lighthouse. North of Corolla, there is an area where you can drive along the coast on the sand - 4X4s a must. Here you can spot some Spanish Mustangs, horses out in the wild. If you're lucky, you can spot them running along the beach in the surf. I'd recommend taking a tour through the Corolla Wild Horse Fund - the money from the tours is used to help the wild horses in every which way possible and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Great beach stay with the Family!

Our family of four had an amazing time at the property. The location to the beach and pool were ideal with our 8 and 3yr old. The balcony and well equipped kitchen made for a very comfortable stay. We also enjoyed how close we were to the town of Duck.
