"House was in a great location, views of the sound was amazing, dock, and easy walk across the street (5 min walk) to the beach. Needed some pest control, as ants and spiders were everywhere outside and inside. Cleanliness could be better… laundry room / car port area was a mess lights didn’t work ..."
