Our room was large and well appointed. We were in the stable building. The main castle/hotel itself was really beautiful. There were two weddings (on different days) while we were there…which was fun to see since the men were in their full dress kilts and the women in their gowns. The Cave Bar is fantastic! "We chose this property for its proximity to the Highland Games we were attending. The property looked nice on the website, and we saw that it had a restaurant, but everything about it exceeded our expectations! The room was beautiful (our compliments to the decorator) and we loved the Victorian high tank toilet. Each course of the meal was more amazing than the last, and from the awards on the wall I suppose we should not have been surprised. Our hosts were exceptional and we loved learning...
