"The lodge was very clean, well kept, and modern. Had all the facilities you would need for a short stay. Although it was just off a main road, there was plenty private parking just outside the lodge and the road was barely noticeable. The farm shop located across the grounds was lovely, and well worth a browse. The cafe in the farm shop was excellent, best breakfast I’ve had in a long time and reasonably priced. Staff were pleasant, helpful, and professional. "

"Good quality and not over priced. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bed very comfy. Willow lodge was great, self contained, great for my dog. Lovely walks around the loch. Very near to Aden park.

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Couldn't do enough for us.
Breakfast was not my favourite meal, overcooked egg and bacon. But next day requested it to be cooked how we like it, and they did.
Parking was excellent and the rooms were very clean.
The Wall lights by the bed need attention, bulbs not working. Was not worth askin g for them to be replaced at the time."

"Booked a twin and double room. Rooms clean and well appointed with a communal kitchen area for use by guests.
Did not use breakfast service as we left in the morning before the hotel staff had arrived.
Only small complaint was that the staff were unable to open the connecting door between the 2 rooms which would have made things a lot easier. "

"We loved being out in the beautiful countryside in this sweet croft cottage. Our host was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast provided gave us lots of choices and was very generous each day. We had a spacious sitting room and bathroom as well.

"This has an amazing restaurant,staff very knowledgeable and very friendly, food excellent, very homely pub also and friendly people,hotel room excellent and clean , we had dogs with us and they were warmly welcomed also , can take dogs in bar but not restaurant which is not a problem at all ,excellent location with great parking ,highly recommended and we will be back ,dinner in evening great selection of locally sourced produce , and also breakfast in the morning amazing . "

"Room dirty , no remote for tv No breakfast in morning even though we were charged for breakfast,no one available at all in the morning,tried calling the phone number supplied but no answer , finally got the manager at 12oclkck midday ,told them about my issues and they did not care in the slightest ,told me to contact hotels .com ,absolutely disgusting behaviour customer service zero . Do not recommend this place to anyone . "
