"Clean room but fireplace didn't work, heating/air wouldn't turn on. I think we got the reject room if the place. With the cost so high, I was very disappointed. If the tub wasn't fantastic, we would have just gone home."

"The hotel is a huge 2 story "motel" that is primarily programmed for large groups and conference events.....when we visited (May 1) it appeared deserted, and I only counted 6 guests....a little spooky to be in a huge hotel with only 6 guests.....Took me 15 minutes to find the ice machine....in room TV was having technical issues...The best part of the hotel is the huge pool complex and Jacuzzi, very well maintained"

"This Motel 6 has been upgraded with new modern interior furniture, lighting, HVAC units, flooring, and so on. Very comfortable bed. There's an abundance of outlets with USB ports, WIFI in our room (at a distance from office) is 802.11ax wifi, 720 Mbps. Everything works - no maintenance issues in our stay. The staff were personable, helpful and efficient. No complaint there. Free Coffee and Hot tea in the lobby. We've spent three nights and it's been quiet. Well lighted parking lot, no shady...

"No fan in bathroom, light above sink didn’t work, towel rack above toilet fell into toilet holding one of our towels rooms are not quiet 5 boys played ball outside the entrance at 9pm loudly. For about 30 minutes. I could hear the neighbors tv well enough to understand it. Eggs were different. Maybe instant. Grandkids loved the waffles. Parking close. Trolley to transport luggage. Very helpful. "

"I had the suite with a river view and balcony. The room was a nice room though the tv is in a spot that is weird and you cannot see it from the sofa. It states that this was a river view room yet there is NO RIVER VIEW, that is false!!! You pay extra for the view and there is no view at all!! The pool area was awesome and the kids enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly! The breakfast was good and had options. It offers cookies and milk in the evening and we found that awesome. overall, besides...

"The breakfast was mostly nice. The parking was good. When a large group of very noisy people came into the room next to us at 11 PM. The staff responded well when we asked for them to do something about the noise. Our only problems were that the hot tub was closed, there was not extra toilet paper in the bathroom and the shampoo in the shower was completely empty. Other than that, the room was nice and our stay was good."

"The room was very clean & quiet. We couldn't hear any noises in our room. The bathroom only had two bath towels & two wash cloths, but no hand towels. Especially accommodating with regards to my older, deaf dog. There outside "pet area" was extremely clean & included bags & a garbage can for waste. The kitchen had two plates, one bowl, two coffee cups, one fork, one butter knife, no spoons, one small pot, one small frying pan, one large slotted spoon, one spatula, one handheld canopener,...

"Clean hotel, just outdated. Wifi did not work, it was like being in a time capsule from 2013. My room had a "how to connect to wifi" card for windows xp, 7 and 8. the rooms could really use a refresh."
