"Only one elevator worked . Having to ride the elevator with people who had a body odor or smell like weed. Our floor smelled like weed all week long. I requested a suite based on the photos on Expedia showing a walk in shower and whirlpool bath. I get a room with a tub shower together and the pillows was horrible and it smelled. We had to clean the room and buy our own pillows once we left we left the pillows there. The ice machine was leaking and the ceiling above was broken and broken pieces...

"Front desk was great,when we arrived and the dining room was very clean. The room wasn't clean in some areas and the price of each item was printed out,if something was missing you had to paid for it.The lady that check us out Sunday morning ,was so sweet and helpful,Wish other places would have people like her (White lady) Ty ❤️"

"Very outdated, one only elevator. The walls were extremely brown gross looking. Not very “clean”. Kinda gross if you ask me. "

"Got there called after hours for check in, sounded like I woke her up. 12 minutes later they let me in. After checking in I go to my room, it smelled like old food. Used the bathroom, toilet wouldn’t flush. Laid down, AC unit sounded like rocks in a blender. Got up this morning used the bathroom, took the lid off the commode so I could manually flush. Get in the shower, the floor is literally cracked and broken in the tub, almost busted my a.."
