"The Ruby was awesome! It was very unique and quiet! The only thing to note is that there are only stairs, so if you cannot do stairs, that would be a problem. They did carry our bags up for us though! Great, relaxing stay! :)"

"The rooms were fairly spacious and clean. Two complaints though. One, the lobby and entire first floor had an odor which seemed to be from whatever they cooked at breakfast, but it was powerful. The second issue was the room doors were really difficult to open. I even went to the front desk thinking the room key somehow got "decoded." It would take several times to push down to get it to open and if someone was elderly it would be difficult."

The staff was friendly however due to the pool being down and being told from day one it was going to be fixed tomorrow and than on day 5 being told well we dont know when it will be repaired by the manager I felt misled. "Property was old, carpets stained, elevators would not line up properly with floors, Needs updating/remodeling. We stayed on third floor, traffic side of I-35. Pretty noisy. If I stayed there again, I would try for a room away from the I-35 traffic side."

"Clean room but the toilet started to leak water all over, thankfully it was the last night. Staff was okay but not very kind. Breakfast was okay. Parking was great."

"The only thing we liked was the location. No hair dryer had to ask for clean towels and sheets/towels were not changed daily. We stayed 4 days and the sheets were not changed until the third day. We think that sheets had been from previous customers because when sheets changed on third day, they felt crisp compared to the sheets on first day kind of damp cool. Will not stay there next time if there is a next time."
