"Office is only monitored M-F business hrs. So not sure how to communicate after hours? We arrived late on Thursday and were not in the room we booked. Dealt with that issue in the morning on Friday and it was quickly resolved and our parking space was moved to a secure indoor parking space once they noticed we had bikes. "We were up graded from studio to 2 bedroom cottage because hot tub at studio wasn't working; we appreciated this. The cottage was clean and the beds comfy! The area is beautiful and quiet. The sight of the Bald Eagle, sitting in a tree over the lake, was a bonus. "

"The owner was super nice, and met us to give us the code to get in and out of the house. You have anything you could ever need for supplies, there is so many expired items in the cupboards though. There was coffee, creamer, eggs and croissants that were in the fridge looking like they were bought just for us. The bacon and eggs were out of date though. "Very nice loft, very clean and well put together. Ours was a short stay but everything we needed was available. If you are driving the location is perfect and I was very happy that they have a level 2 EV charger at the property. The weather was not too hot when we stayed and the ceiling fan did a perfect job refresheng the room at night. In summary, I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Saint John."
