  • Our unique historic century old home (newly renovated ) is tastefully designed to feel very comfortable & cozy to relax and hang out with the family.
    Another fun feature is a “vintage massage chair” & infrared sauna upstairs .
    Rose lane has a huge yard for your pets to run and play in.
    3 min walk to beach/tennis court/play ground and ice fishing in the winter.
    Rothesay offers lots of safe play grounds for kids, basketball courts/ice skating in winter. Close walking/hiking trails. Grocery stores/little fun shops/massage/hair studios/high end dinning/fast food restaurants

    Master bedroom also has the option to be a secret "Adult/Red theme room" (can lock for privacy) for our more adventures guests (you can be your own 50 shades of grey or a fun romantic treat ! The hidden bedroom has a fun “new age Victorian/burlesque “ theme. A large Toy wall, which features everything from adult board games to the latest new toys & even some crazy BDSM items & novelties to try, & we are always improving! The room also includes a mirrored ceiling with ambient lighting , swing ,St Andrew’s cross, spanking bench , “machine “ , side bench, restraints, massage lotions, treats & more!!
    Everything is washed and sanitized with EP-51 (hospital grade sanitizer) after every stay.
    If you wish we can also put out rose petals/champagne or special requests at no extra charge !
    Pineapple & small party Friendly. (Hosts do not come with room haha)
    The feed back we have been receiving from the room has been amazing! Parents can have a safe private space to re kindle love or just try new things & make memories after the kids go to bed, or it’s Perfect for anniversaries or special occasions & a great surprise for a loved one! Our stay here was great. The property was well appointed with many great touches/ finishes - labeled cupboards/ drawers, restaurant take out menus, everything you would need in a kitchen, and even an "in case you forgot it" basket in the bathroom.Everything was as expected from the photos.The hidden red room was the draw and it met all expectations. My recommendation - come and enjoy a fun night here.

Such a perfect spot if your looking to spice things up with your spouse. The attention to detail on everything was insane. Was probably the hottest night of our 10 year marriage. Highly recommend it.

My husband and I spent a wonderful weekend at this beautiful and unique property in Rothesay, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The space itself is so interesting and full of character — you can tell a lot of care and thought has gone into every detail. It was spotless when we arrived, and everything we needed was right there. We truly felt at home from the moment we walked in.We had such a relaxing and enjoyable stay and would happily come back again. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely property with us it made for a perfect little getaway!

#6 in beautiful Rothesay

This property in Rothesay was great for our two families.The upstairs was like a private suite for my daughter, son in law and their two children. The hot tub was lovely to have.Our hosts Alia and Chuck were very helpful. They provided a sleeping cot and a high chair for our daughter's baby.We enjoyed our stay very much. The neighbourhood was private and close to water.

The adult room was everything your could imagin and more. With three days in the house we barely were able to scratch the surface and already want to return. The host are also wonderful people who are more then happy to help with anything you need and who we now consider friends. Thank you for the amazing experience.

Cute house with a twist

Definitely an older home that’s been renovated. Was very clean and private especially once all the greenery grows in. Master bedroom is a unique twist and the host was very easy to deal with. Definitely recommend.

Such an amazing weekend. The house was absolutely perfect. Loved how everything was labeled and easy to find. Very cozy,comfortable and in a great location. Rothesay is truly a beautiful area. We enjoyed watching the deer eat apples from the tree in the backyard from the patio.Chuck and Alia were amazing hosts. Great communication during our time there.

Great place to stay in Rothsey N.B

We came to visit family in Saint John. The location and house were great. The house was clean, well stocked kitchen and had extra touches. Had everything we needed. We loved the hot tub, sauna and the secret room. It was nice to sit out on the wrap around porch and watch the deer in the yard. Also glad they are dog friendly. It was a great getaway. Hosts are very responsive and the neighbor is nice. We would stay here again. It is a fantastic place to stay.

Ski Vacation

What a beautiful property! My boyfriend and I only stayed for one night but we absolutely fell in love with the place.The property has everything you need and more! Such cute little details hidden throughout the house. Chuck was a pleasure to deal with and was a super accommodating host. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and to enjoy our time away. We will be back! We seriously recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect getaway, you won’t be disappointed!!

Wrap Around Delight

Can’t ask for much more than a comfy porch and hot tub at the end of a long day. We thoroughly enjoyed the back yard and the kitchen - all cupboards were labeled. We were two senior couples - 70 to 80. If anyone has mobility issues they need to sleep in the main floor bedroom and use that bathroom. Lots of access to Smart TV’s so be sure to have your login passwords with you. This is a great location for shopping, visiting the surrounding area or swimming at the end of the road. Hosts are extremely accommodating and quick to respond to queries. Thanks for a great stay!

A Little Disappointing

First the good! Great location, loved the deer visits in the morning, deck was nice… not a lot of places to sit, hot tub was great, kitchen was functional, and clean. The Not So Good: the front door is not secure, need better dining chairs, couch propped up on boards, replace the old matted pillows/throws, no screens in windows upstairs to let fresh air in. Overall: we realized the house is a remodel with many quirks, but if you are coming for just ‘the fun room’ then book it, it’s just not great for a week with family. PS: planned power outages should be posted!
