"We enjoyed our quiet, peaceful stay at this quaint studio in Philomath. It was convenient for all things Oregon State related and located conveniently to grocery and restaurants. It was everything we needed to visit our daughter at school."

"The basement apartment was perfect for my stay while attending a conference at the University in Corvallis. Although it is a basement apartment, it was cool and dry, and well designed. The bedroom is at ground level so where is a large bay window giving fresh air and natural light. The kitchenette had a full sized fridge, microwave, keurig, and a hot plate, so it was easy to cook dinner, and pack lunch. Elizabeth is a wonderful host and the check in and out was easy. "The Old Rock Quarry Studio is homey, comfortable, and clean. It features everything you might want in an extended stay. As mentioned in a previous stay with this host, there is a notable attention to detail here. It is green out of every window, and skylights that open add clean, country air. Note that parking is for one car including local guests. Note too that Check-out is 10:00, not the usual 11:00, I had to apologize for my failure to do so on time. I'll look for this place the next...

"We really enjoyed our stay! The home was very clean and had all the comforts of home. The fenced yard was perfect for our dog to run around in between activities at OSU. The walkable brewery was a nice treat too!"

"Our stay was to move our son into college at OSU so we wanted something close to his townhouse and the college. This was a perfect location, walking distance to the football stadium and Goss Stadium. Definitely would stay here again when we come to watch him play baseball! Beds were comfortable and big! Each room has spacious beds and it was very comfortable in the house. We enjoyed our stay and would be back again!"

"Rented the house for a bevy of beautiful bridesmaids for a wedding at Green Villa Barn. As a perfect location and very well appointed and clean, beautiful old home. Highly recommend.!"
