"Not enough towels, towels were dirty and smelled odd. Bed sheets were dirty. After calling the front desk, I was told no extra towels and if i wanted new clean ones to bring her the dirty ones. No extra pillows, no extra blanket. Staff wanted to argue. Parking lot had loud people drinking and partying. Terrible hotel."

"The room was dirty, shower moldy, the air conditioning was abnormally loud and was not secure in the wall. The walls to the rooms must be paper thin! I could hear everything: talking, walking, every door open and shut; and the elevator going up and down all the way down the hall! I did not sleep the entire night due to so much noise and commotion! "The property is dated and could use refurbishment and it's underway. Mostly it needs to be brightened up by repainting and the carpet removed and or replaced. However, everything was clean including bedding, floors and furnishings. It was an older Ramada Inn with their older dark colors. My wife and I never felt uncomfortable and would/will stay there in the future. It's location is in an area of low income spread. We read all previous ratings before going there. "This place is run by an offsite group. The staff can’t do anything but ask someone offsite for what they’re supposed to do next. Totally misrepresented on website. Run down doesn’t begin to describe this place. Was told I would receive refund for all but first night after trying to check in and rejecting to stay there. Haven’t received a dime to date. Don’t walk, run away from this place."
