You’ve found it! The perfect blend of location, style, comfort, beauty and convenience. This newly renovated property boasts a complete remodel giving guests the perfect blend of fresh accommodations coupled with carefully appointed Tahoe charm.
Location IS everything! This delightful cabin is the perfect getaway with robust activities at your fingertips. Located just a few blocks from N. Lake Blvd, this beauty is an exceptional find. A quick three block walk to the Lake for beachfront summer activities of swimming, snorkeling, kayaking and paddleboarding or even a quick round of golf at the Historic Old Brockway Golf Course followed by lunch or happy hour at Spindleshanks Restaurant. In the winter months, enjoy skiing at Incline Village or Northstar Ski Resorts (about 10 minutes away) with a crosscountry center, snow tubing park, ice skating, restaurants, bars, shops and rentals. For the hiking enthusiast, Picnic Rock at the Brockway Summit is a local, scenic gem.
During your stay, if you prefer dining out, the restaurants are plentiful and within walking distance. If you prefer to dine al fresco on the deck or appreciate a cozy family game night in front of the fire, Safeway is only three handy blocks away. This ideal location is sure to meet all of your needs!
While staying at the cabin, the redwood beamed, vaulted ceilings and rustic wood flooring, are the ideal blend of Tahoe appeal with a pop of fresh, modern décor. The open concept kitchen comes complete with new stainless steel appliances, stunning granite countertops and a new cabinetry stocked with all of the traditional necessities. The spacious laundry room makes doing a quick wash convenient for families. The forest views and beautiful living room are ideal for morning coffee or enjoying a movie on one of the brand new, flatscreen, smart TV’s. Guests can also “stay connected” through the WiFi access. When it’s time to wind down, the two queen bedrooms/two full baths and queen sized sofa sleeper, make this a perfect get-a-way for two families or a few friends.

Cabin was clean and neat as a pin. A perfect rental for our group of 2 couples with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Everything on one floor with a great floor plan. Communication with the owner was good. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

Great location and house for family with children

We lucked out finding this house over the winter holidays. Easy to get to from Bay Area. Close to skiing and lake. House had all the amenities we needed: great open floor plan for the kitchen and living areas, a nice gas fireplace that really heated things up quickly, comfy bedrooms, separate bathrooms for kids and adults, and all the appliances we needed (dishwasher and washer/dryer were great to have). The host was easy to contact and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Cozy comfortable house in the woods, very close to Lake Tahoe. Good proximity to the house where the rest of our family was staying for Christmas. Loved the keyless entry and updated bright bathrooms. Owners were very accessible to answer questions, and patiently walked us through using the TV!

Clean, cozy, and welcoming cabin!

My family of five with three teenagers enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin before Christmas. The house was clean and well stocked. April was easily accessible via text messages for any questions I had during our stay. We will definitely rent this cabin again. Thank you!

Great location in King’s Beach

On top of being very clean and spacious, the unit is coveniently located close to all the action in King’s Beach. Everything you could need or want to see is only a short walk away. April was a great host, providing easy check in and very communicative and flexible. Highly recommend this spot anyone wanting to see the best of Tahoe.

This cabin was super cute - very obvious the hosts care for the property! Very spacious and plenty of room for our family of 4. Walking distance to beach and grocery store. Host was very responsive and helpful.

5-star and a bear

Clean, attractive, and thoughtfully equipped place, everything we needed. Our 40-year old son encountered a bear a few hundred feet south of the house (21 Jun 2024). This happened about 1230 am and he was in the car at the time, arriving late the first night. The bear walked away from the car and posed no threat... a highlight of the visit.

What a great stay!

It was our second time for our small family, and we enjoyed our stay very much. The property manager is very responsive and helpful. The house is clean, well stocked, and cozy with its great fireplace. When it was snowing, staying inside and watching it with fireplace going created great memories for us. Thank you! Wonderful home

Our family had a great stay! The home was perfect for our family of 4 with two young children. It was very clean & a great location. Very short drive or walk to the beach, groceries, and all that Kings Beach had to offer!

Thought this property was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this location. Pictures didnt do it justice..way better than we were expecting. Home was clean and well appointed. Perfect location and very nicely appointed

This home is beautifully updated with everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. It was a warmer weekend for us but every room was equipped with a fan. Toiletries were provided as were some pods for the Keurig. The location was perfect. We stayed for a softball tournament and the home was centrally located for every venue. ~20 minutes to Incline village, ~20 minutes to Tahoe City (with traffic), ~ 25 minutes to Truckee passing Northstar on the way. The team had fun at Tahoe Treetop Adventures in Tahoe Vista - ~12 minutes away. And, of course, Kings beach was a short walk down the street. April was very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions in a timely fashion.

The cabin was a perfect home base for our ski vacation in Tahoe! Great restaurants close by and easy access to the resorts! Kings Beach is a perfect location. The cabin was clean and had all the amenities needed to make our stay enjoyable. Hope to return soon thank you April!

Pictures do not do justice, the property is beautiful. cozy and clean. Not to mention a gorgeous view of the snow from the living room. They had all amenities and necessities for a 3 day stay. April & John were very responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. The heated mats on the outside porch and stairs were very helpful and John provided great instructions on how to turn them on. Overall, 10/10 recommend booking this Vrbo.

Really a great property

Overall things were great. A few tweaks for check in, like pathways cleared of ice and an exterior light on would be great. Also parking was not great-small narrow slots and lots of shuffling of cars in and out.

Perfect cabin for a family snow trip

My family enjoyed a weekend snow trip at this cabin. Easy check in and cabin had everything we needed and the fireplace kept us nice and cozy. Enjoyed playing in the snow right in the front yard and the outside was beautifully blanketed with tons of snow. Great location very close to grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Cozy little cabin

We had a great time in the cabin. It is small but has all what we needed for spending time with elderly parents. We had a rough start when we arrived at the cabin. The entrance was full of snow and ice which made it slippery to get inside. But I called April and John and they sent someone to clear the entrance in the morning. Inside the cabin was clean and well maintained. When we figured out how to setup the heater and gas fireplace it was warm and cozy as can be. We had very good memories from this stay and would recommend to anyone.
