"One of the best stays my husband and I have experienced in our entire lives. The property is beautiful, filled with life and history. It's incredibly cozy and comfortable, we both slept well. Breakfast was delicious and we didn't need lunch either day. Tippy is a lovely host cat with fluffy pantaloons and Sir Ellis, the delightful black and white cat, ensured that we never forgot where our room was. "Needs A LOT OF maintenance. Everything broken, old, dirty. I thought the other reviews were exaggerated, but they were not. This is a pity because the building could be great, rooms are large, there are common spaces with games and several pools. BUT I didnt feel comfortable due to the dirt and broken furniture and doors… only the reception desk is renewed and okay. Breakfast was okay. "

"Check in was easy and seamless. The room was clean and the hotel location is great. Our issue is with the staff- check out was posted as 11AM. At 9:00am we were woken up but repeated loud knocks on our door. When I went to the door there was a random guy (not housekeeping) with a clipboard asking what time we were checking out... I've never seen that in my life but we told them 11AM. Not even one hour later we have more loud knocks on our door that woke us up again, this time from housekeeping...
