"Fantastic hosts, were very accessible and helpful. Villa was perfect with a great pool set up and outdoor space. Watching the sunset from the first floor balcony was great. Would definitely return and recommend. Restaurants/ bar within walking distance or 2 minute drive away, Tarsanas beach was 4 minutes drive away and has a really nice safe sandy beach with a beach bar and taverna. "

"An absolute gem. The private beach is much nicer than the photos, perfect for snorkelling, the two pools are great and all the amenities kept in great condition. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff always friendly. It’s probably the best hotel anywhere near this price, fully recommend!"

"Had a great time staying at this lovely hotel. All the staff (reception, restaurant staff and cleaners) were all extremely pleasant and friendly. There is a mini market by the pool which is very well stocked. A bus outside the hotel takes you all the way into the centre of Chania and runs frequently. Bus tickets are available from reception in the hotel but you have to pay in cash for these. They are much cheaper if you buy them here rather than paying the bus driver on the bus. Our stay...

"Dejlig frodig have med palmer og smukke blomster, der har ikke været noget at sætte en finger på. Dejlig stor pool. Dejlig udsigt vi havde både over pool og havet. Dejlig stille område med restaurenter og bager, og små supermarkeder i nærheden. Værten var sød og rar helt sikkert et sted vi ville komme igen. Pænt og rent. "We visited Balito with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful stay. The hotel is small but updated and it is run by a wonderful family who makes you feel at home.
