"The manager was on property and would always ask if everything was okay each time he saw you. I felt he genuinely cared about his guests experience. However the staff communication through Line was hit or miss. The property was older but well maintained. The property was away from Ao Nang Beach but offered a free shuttle there where there was plenty of shopping and restaurants. We had a private pool villa. The pool was great. "Great quiet location on a beautiful beach. Beautiful garden and pool. Ganesh restaurant in front of villa serves tasty and fresh food. If you like wildlife and nature and are not afraid of bugs and monkeys, this is your place! Note that only 2 of the 3 bedroom has AC, one has fan."

"Maison très agréable située dans une résidence très jolie maison très spacieuse. Les chambres également vraiment très confortable très propre. Seul bémol manque peut-être un ou deux transats au bord de la piscine sinon super séjour."

"Very bad experience, no help at the reception, receptionnists don't smile and don't give any good advices for places to visit, no barbecue included while it was written in the description. Swimming pool not cleaned after glass broken, and my friend was injured with the broken glass fallen in the pool. During checking out, receptionnist charge me money because my son was sick and used the towels, hotel not recommanded."
