"Although I liked the staff (very friendly and helpful), the general comfort feel of the rooms, the hotel isn't wheelchair/handicap friendly (...at least, I did not see any signs for it). I was hoping to bring my elderly parents, but with the amount of stairs for them to walk is a huge inconvenience."

"HIGHLY recommend Horizon Beach Resort Koh Jum. We stayed in the deluxe sea view bungalow. This was the nicest accommodation we stayed at during our month in Asia. "The hotel is located in a very convenient area close to many shops both local and international. A short walk from the sea. The rooms are very clean and the staff are very kind. I recommend not taking the basic rooms as they are far from the hotel's restaurant area. "

"Excellent hotel, pictures do not do it justice. Boutique feel with lovely rooms, great pool area and good breakfast. "

"The place was just excellent. Really close to lots of fun. The beach is just down the road with heaps of shops and bars but the best thing was the night market. Just a 2 min walk from the property. Amazing food and bargains galore. The host and staff were very friendly and helpful especially the lady at the front counter. Rooms were very spacious and cool and the pool was great. We will be back for sure...."
