"The premise is located in the very local area, and you can enjoy good atmosphere. There are many local restaurants around. Some staff members don’t speak English, but all are really nice and kind. You are advised to take off your shoes in the hotel. The room is clean and the shower is good, but the drain was slow. I like this hotel and recommend it to everyone."

"All the people who work at Chillax are very helpful. Especially the gentleman who carried our luggage to the room. The room was lovely. The bed was really comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job and made up our beds very comfortably. The pool is great. My only complaint is the coffee was overcooked. And bitter. Thank you. "

"Not so easy to locate for the first time, but once there, zero regrets with the booking. This was probably the hostel with the most homely feel during my stay in Thailand. It just felt like everyone (staff and hostelmates) were like family. It's a cosy hostel with really cute decor in the common areas. "Nice hotel just around the corner from two lively streets in Bangkok. We stayed in the family room next to the pool (5th floor), where the kids had an amazing time. Comfortable beds, air conditioning, clean rooms, and a tasty breakfast served in the hotel’s restaurant downstairs. At night, you can hear the buzz of the surrounding streets, but it’s easy to sleep through. A great choice for families who want to stay in the heart of Bangkok but still enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool at the end...

"カオサン通りの近くにあるホテルです。 室内は椅子は無く、ベットと棚だけのコンパクトなお部屋でしたが、虫もおらず清掃もされており快適でした。 もちろん、エアコンもよく効いてましたし、ベットも柔らかく、熟睡できました！ カオサン通りの近くなので、治安が良いとは言えず、一日目の夜は近隣の部屋から爆音で音楽が聞こえ、海外らしさを感じることができました。 スタッフの対応はとてもよく、笑顔で丁寧に対応してくださいました。 もし、バンコクに行くことがあればまた利用したいです。"

"전체적으로 B- 정도입니다. 장점은 개인 셀에 장막과 작은 보관함(자물쇠 사용 가능)과 아울렛이 있는 점이었습니다. 단점은 아래와 같습니다. 로비 (바닥)와 숙박한 방을 비롯하여 청결엔 신경 더 쓸 필요가 있을 것으로 보입니다. 외부 식음료는 금지며, 구내 카페만 이용케 되어 있는 데 밖보다 가격은 싱대적으로 비쌌습니다. 무료 아침은 제공되지 않았으며, 수건도 디파짓 후에야 지급되었습니다.태국 관련 관광 정보도 빈약하였으며, 카페 외 투숙자들이 어울릴 수 있는 공간도 거의 없었습니다. 이상은 세계 여러 나라의 유스호스텔 경험자로서의 소감이었으나, 개인 여행자를 거의 수용하지 못하는 한국의 유스호스텔보다는 한 수 위였습니다."
