"I stayed there for a week and had a really enjoyable stay. The location is very convenient for places like Hoan Khiem Lake and the Hop on Hop off tour buses. There are also plenty of different kinds of options at meal times. The hotel rooms are cool and comfortable, and a varied and tasty breakfast buffet is provided every morning including eggs cooked to order. "I have stayed in several hotels in Hanoi (including "luxury" hotels) and I have to say, La Cascada House & Travel has been an extremely pleasant surprise. Every single member of the staff is professional, gentle, and always ready to help. I had the double twin room (the lovely lady gave me a free upgrade) with the balcony and everything was clean, shining and very welcoming. The condition of the room was honestly even better than some of those expensive hotels in Old Quarter. The only "downside"...
