"Tried several times weeks prior to our trip to get info from the property manager,no response at all!! Tried calling several times,left voicemail,sent text and sent 2 messages through vrbo...nothing!! When we arrived we had no code for the keyless entry after driving 10+ hours,called and luckily they answered. Said they emailed day of the trip but I had no email. The water smelled like dirt so after showering thats what you smelled like,ceiling in the loft was so low you literally had to crawl...

"We got there. Very easy and found the cabin nice and clean. Got the code online. Didn't have to deal with anybody. Very nice. Little cabin would recommend it very highly quiet and peaceful and a sweet little cabin."

"Great quiet location, and an exceptionally clean cabin! Family of 4 with two 13 year olds, and we fit perfect! The cabin and amenities were as described. The host also has UTV rentals right next store, so we rented one, and it was one of the highlights of our stay. "

"The cabin was clean, quaint, and had a homey feel. It was perfect for a few days away and would have been great for a longer stay, given the grill, fridge, and other amenities. We would definitely stay here again. "

The views from the hot tub were amazing. Only downfall...wanted to go down to creek and was no access but non the less a wonderful visit."

"This is a brand new cabin in Custer, very clean, nicely decorated and more amenities than we expected: mini fridge with freezer, glass stove top, kitchen sink, dishes/silverware, coffee, and some more that we were pleased to find. The listing was a little confusing as to the bed set up, so I'll clarify. There is a bunk bed with a twin top and queen bottom, a loft that's a twin, and a futon that's a twin. All bedding is included. The steps to get to the loft are not stairs, but actually shelves...
