"The pool was icy cold. The shower was a just little bit warm almost cold. Foam plates are not acceptable for hot breakfast food. The door key worked after 5-8 attempts. Breakfast didn’t have any meat. The room didn’t have closet or hangers for jackets."

"I had a very disappointing stay at Grand Harbor Resort. I was moved to three different rooms within the first 12 hours of my stay due to the heat not working in my first room. I was told I would not be charged for my first night, but at checkout, the hotel refused to make it right and I was charged the full amount. After returning home, It was almost impossible to speak to a live person when I called and they again refused to do anything to make my experience right. I will not be staying at...

"The room was clean and nice. Breakfast was lacking. The hot tub was cold. I let staff know and they didn’t do anything about it. I called down a few hours later and a different staff person had it taken care of in 10 minutes. Too late by then to use it. "
