The cozy cottage was exactly that! Adorable little space is all you need when visiting Key West! The bed was comfy, the bathroom was very updated and clean and the kitchen had Keurig pods ready and waiting! The host was very attentive and informative, even though we didn’t have any issues at all! We loved the Cozy Cottage (#2) very much!!

The room was very clean, and the charm of this location was exceptional. We enjoyed the little outside patio for morning coffee, and it's convenient location, which is a couple blocks away from Duval Street, where all the exciting entertainment and restaurants are. It was also only a few blocks from a grocery store where we were able to pick up our food for the week. We were in a middle cottage, and at night we didn't here any noise at all from the couple on one side, and another couple on the other. We felt safe (plenty of security cameras mounted externally) and would definitely consider going back again. Keep in mind they have a keorig coffee maker, not a drip so if you bring your own coffee, bring the pods. We were delighted to see the cottage stocked up on plenty of coffee pods already, but in being good stewards, replaced those we used prior to departure. Bathroom was clean, water pressure in the shower was excellent. There was no list on how to leave the cottage (that we were able to find) when departing, which was refreshing. Some places we've stayed at require a list of 'to do's' before checking out. Not this place. Just leave it as you found it, and throw the dirty towels in a pile. The landlord was not on site, and communicated through the app. If we had any questions she/he was easily available.

Perfect location to walk to everything. Host was welcoming and readily available if needed. Cottage had all the amenities we needed. We used the kitchen for some meals and enjoyed that the grocery store was within walking distance.

The cottage is centrally located. We were able to walk to all of our locations easily. Very clean with coffee maker and coffee. Get there early in the day for best parking.

Our unit was very cozy and mostly clean. The air conditioning unit worked great and we were close enough to downtown to walk.We did have to complain about the floors and they came back and cleaned the floors two times. We noticed that the cleaners must not have been thorough because when we went to use the microwave, there was an old half eaten pizza still in the microwave from the prior tenants. We love the fact that there was plenty of condiments and things that people would normally not bring on vacation like soap and shampoo, but unfortunately, the shampoo dispenser did not work in the shower. The shower was very small and very low pressure coming out of the showerhead. There was plenty of items in the kitchen like sugar and cream and Keurig K cups so we did not have to go out and buy anything. It was also a nice added feature at the kitchen sink there was a filtered water dispenser. By the second night, I noticed a peculiar odor when we were in bed and it wasn’t until the last night that we discovered it was actually in the mattress from someone urinating. The odor was very strong in the mid area of the bed. I think the Property Manager needs to either replace the mattress or at least do a thorough cleaning of the mattress pad. I think the property manager should consider crediting us back part of our rental fee due to these disgusting matters.

The cozy little cottage is clean and smells good. The kitchen is stocked with everything you may need to cook. The cottage is close enough to walk or ride bikes to all downtown activities, beaches and attractions but also far enough away from noise and traffic. The area is quiet and safe. My adult daughter and I enjoyed our trip to the Keys.

Cozy Little Cottage for 2

This was a great spot for my husband and I for our weekend getaway. Close enough to walk to the action but still quiet at night. The unit is newly renovated and comfortable. Host is very responsive.

Great place to stay in Key West!

This place was immaculate and very well furnished. Everything you need is cleverly included in this darling one-bedroom condo. So close to Duval Street, too. We were lucky to get a parking spot right in front of the property which helped make our visit easy. We loved this place and will gladly choose it again in our future visits.

Perfection!!!

I could not have asked for better accommodations, location or host. Everything was perfect. All instructions/check in was seamless, rented a golf cart at Minty’s, Vlad was super responsive and flexible. Couldn’t wish for anything more!!!

Quiet and centrally located

Perfect spot for a couple to stay in Key West. Clean and just the right size for 2 people. The bed was actually super comfortable which was a pleasant surprise. Located in the heart of old town, everything you could want to do is within easy walking distance. I love that this property is on Simonton (a bit quieter than Duval) but this particular unit is off the street a bit so any street noise is minimized. With our sound machine we slept soundly and couldn't even hear any roosters. Would absolutely rebook this property without hesitation.
