We wanted to stay in the Keys for our vacation and did not want too far of a drive from the airport. We're glad we chose this unit, we have 6 & 8 year old's and the pool was perfect for them, Highly recommend.

Memorial 2025

Great place to stay if you have a big family and have a boat. The property is perfect and amazing with a Lagoon for snorkeling and kayaking. Our townhome was super equipped with everything. We didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to come back.

Checking in was so easy and the property manager was very responsive(The garbage disposal didn’t work). The floors weren’t very clean (our socks were dark after wearing them inside on the first day). The pool was beautiful but super warm…the lagoon provided cool relief and there were so many fish! Great snorkeling!!! My

Better than we imagined

We were so excited when we got to the unit because of what was in the 'backyard;' the pool was right there, as were the tennis and pickleball courts, the marina, and the bay for snorkeling. But the best surprise was the lagoon!!!! It was so awesome!! We totally recommend this place!

Great stay

We came on a very hectic weekend and they hosts were very helpful and responded to us rather quickly. The place was very clean and had everything we needed.We loved the welcoming kit they left for us when we arrived. The kitchen had just enough cook ware but could use some more sharp knives. The beds were clean and very comfy. It was a very fun smooth vacation. We always love coming here and can not wait to stay again.

AWESOME TRIP

Loved the location & nearby resturants!! Pilot House (carnitas bowl) and Sharkeys (grouper sandwich) was delishious!! We grocery shopped at Pubix, they had everything we needed. We ended up leaving our can cokes and beer for the next guest. We saw the hurricane monument, Islamarad Brewing company (Coconut Lime Ale), Fed the Tarpins at Robbies & had a great lunch!! Drove out to Key West...enjoyed all the locals, Duvale Street was amazing...but you need to rent a golf cart for sure - so that you can see the whole island. I was fasinated with all the history this island has - including the flying chickens "cocks"!!! Go to Mar Bar in Taverener, eat lobster!! Guarantee you will see manatees at that bar. Another fun area was Marker 88, great automospher. Don't forget to take a picture withthe huge lobster near here. When you leave for Miami, be sure to stop in Little Havana and get an authentic Cuban sandwich at "Sanguich" it is truly amazing. Thank you - We will be back - xoxox, Houston Texas!!

Amazing!

The property is comfortable, has everything you can need for a great vacation with kids. The yatch club is wonderful, kids can play and the marina is easy to use if you bring your own boat. The property manager communication is quick and amazing. We will for sure go back to this property since we had a blast on our vacations!

We felt that the property overall was nice. Check in was easy. The facility was located in a location that had many things to do. Also there was a very nice place to buy fresh sea food and also had a nice patio restaurant.

Nice but…

This a nice place to stay. Pool is close. The house needs some fixing. Towel bars falling off. The floor needs a good moping. Bathroom door doesn’t like to latch. Overall the stay was good though.

We were no familiar with the keys. So when I asked if a beach was within walking distance, instead of telling me there aren’t really any traditional beaches, I was told, everything is within walking distance. So, we were a little disappointed. Never did find that little spot with the colorful beach chairs and tiki shown in the pictures.

Great Location

The property had everything we needed to be comfortable. It was a great location for our travels north to the Everglades as well as south to Key West. The lagoon and pier were perfect for days the we stayed local. Thanks for your hospitality.

Beautiful

The townhouse was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to cook with!! We didn’t eat out at all!! Perfect location from the pool!! Easy to get to and absolutely beautiful, comfortable and amazing!! Host always answered my emails within minutes!!

Labor Day Weekend Stay

This was our second stay in this unit. Like the location. Parking over the weekend was almost none existent. There are carts and boats parked in the lot with no space for cars. The unit needs some maintenance and not sure the last time the floor saw a wet mop. Overall we had a good stay.

Great Getaway

My family and I enjoyed this Condo. Everything was in working order and clean. Very convenient being steps away from the pool. Did some snorkling with my daughter. Plenty of life between the steps of the beach and jetty.

Cool comfortable affordable place

Great location, nice pool and lagoon, picturesque and comfortable. We could have spent all our time just hanging by the pool, snorkeling the lagoon and walking around the area. The upstairs shower has a slow drain, the mattresses and pillows are old, and the lights sometimes flicker. But the location and amenities outweighed these minor issues for us. We also noticed it’s a little cooler on this side of Key Largo than on the gulf side. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return next tine we’re in the Keys.

Family getaway

Everything was very easy, clean and accommodating. Cute little place, boat parking required 300/100k insurance which we weren't able to get in touch with the marina to find that out before getting to location. But still was nice having access to boat ramp threw out our stay no extra charge to park boat or use the ramp.
