"This was an excellent spot to post up for a couple of days in the Kailua-Kona area. Avoids a lot of the traffic off Ali’i Drive and makes it easy to get to a ton of places on the island. The breeze at night coming down the mountain is great natural air conditioning and the yard is gorgeous with a plenty of adorable geckoes and anoles to spot. Toby is a laidback and friendly host, would absolutely stay here again."

"The property/house is incredible. Great location and the views are absolutely stunning. The house is very nicely appointed as well. Sunsets from the back patio were quite enjoyable and the kids enjoyed the sand area off the back of the house immensely. Located about 1/2 mile from two quality snorkeling locations that are walkable or a very short drive (we drove.). Check in was a breeze. A/c worked well and the house was cool/comfortable. Would highly recommend."
