Koala View in Kennett River

Situated in the tranquil tree tops of the tiny township of Kennett River, and a 5 minute stroll to the beach, this house has a stunning 270 degree view of the Otway National Park down to the ocean below.

Koalas, kangaroos, parrots and kookaburras are all frequent visitors to the property giving you the best of bush living while being so close to the beach.

Koala View offers easy access to all that the Great Ocean Road and Kennett River has to offer, including surfing, swimming, bushwalking, nature photography and fishing.

There are three bedrooms – two with queen size beds and one with the ability to sleep up to 4 with two single bunk beds. Upstairs is open plan living, drenched in north facing sunlight all year round, with timber floors, wood heater, comfortable dining and couches, opening onto the treetop deck with bbq and room for dining for eight.

There is a coach that runs from Geelong to Apollo Bay which stops in Kennett River, a short walk from the property.

The house is well set-up for kids, with the third bedroom having two single bunk beds ideal for children.

There is a selection of books, toys, games and puzzles suitable for most ages.

Within easy walking distance of the house there is the Kennett River beach, caravan park (with playground), newly surfaced tennis court (with basketball hoop) available for hire, café / general store and river (with small fishing pier). There are also lots of tracks through the national park starting in Kennett River suitable for walking and mountain biking.

Access to the property is via a locked key box. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is 10am (unless agreed otherwise). During your stay we will leave you in peace, but we will be available by phone to assist with any questions you might have. Thanks
