"We spent the weekend at this cottage and were able to host a graduation celebration for approximately 25. There was good space for accommodating a BBQ. Steve was very responsive and the kitchen and bathroom were stocked with needed items. Beautiful view of the lake! "

"Since we have kids in 3 states it’s challenging to get gifts home after our Christmas so about 5 years ago we decided to just pay for our family vacation and that would be everyone’s Christmas. Making memories and not having things that break or your outgrow. We had a lovely time at Lake James and hope to come back in 2 years "

"Emma’s Place was an excellent choice for 3 friends, heading to a show the Bluegate PAC in Shipshewana, just a 15 minute drive. It was clean, spacious, and well-equipped! Highly recommend!"

"Check-in was simple (simple code for unlocking the front door). Kitchen well stocked. By far the best part of the home is the screened-in porch. We stayed out there most of the time due to the perfect weather. Just a 10-min drive to Pokagon State Park as well."

"The house was clean,and is in a quiet, peacful location. With the gas station across the street and the public boat ramp just down the street. The dock is really nice and spacious with plenty of seating! "

"We had a great time staying in Emily’s lake house. Pictures portray it accurately. Inside of home has been completely renovated and is very clean, comfortable and cozy. Can’t beat the location right on the water. Short drive to Walmart, Meijer, Kohls among others. Nice choice of restaurants nearby. Snow lake connects to Lake James, and a few other Lakes. We spent time at the sandbar and went tubing. Would definitely stay here again! Kids kept asking if we could stay here again next year! "

"My family booked a last minute trip to Wall Lake and were delighted with the amazing property we stumbled into. The house is recently renovated with modern decor throughout. The patio overlooking the lake is perfect for enjoying a dinner near the water or watching the sunrise with a coffee in the morning. "We had such a wonderful time kayaking in hidden alcoves on the lake, cruising around on the pontoon boat, and enjoying a beautiful view while toasting marshmallows over the campfire. The house was beautiful, quiet, and super clean. The beds were comfortable and the inside temperature was wonderfully cool. The fridge had plenty of space. The bunk bed setup was absolutely charming. It was the perfect gathering place for a few friends and family to get together. We would definitely recomend this...

"Here for the week with children and grandchildren. The house is beautiful and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The best part was the "bunk room" for the grandchildren. [all eight of them] They could all stay in one room and had such a great time hanging out together. Communication with Kim was incredible! Had one very small issue with the stove and it was resolved immediately. Would highly recommend this house for large families. Thank you Kim!!!"

"Everything was perfect for our stay! Easy check-in and check-out process. The property was exceptionally clean. The use of the cornhole, kayaks and paddle boat made for a great time for the whole family. The use of the gazebo for relaxation was the highlight of the stay. Great sunsets!
