"The place, the view, and the amenities are all great. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking gear, the bathroom towels are big and fluffy, and the bed is comfy. Sitting on the upstairs deck is our favorite activity while here. (And visiting with Peekaboo the courtly courthouse cat in Cathlamet is a close second.) Thanks again, Michael. We’ll be back next year."

"I have rented this house numerous times, at various times of year. This is my 1st time at veginning of summer. The wildlife right off the deck, on the river, is spectacular. The only sound i heard, other than the very occasional passing car, was the sound of birds. Peaceful!"

"It’s a great property. Very private location with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, large kitchen, living room, and deck. Very close to Castle Rock, the Cowlitz River, and Mt St Helens. Excellent value. "

"This beautiful property has a private gated entrance a long driveway to the cabin so if you want to be secluded and have privacy, this is it! We had a great time walking the property. It has a firepit to sit and enjoy the going down and sitting by the fire roasting marshmallows! The cabin is adorable very cozy and clean. It was a little nervous with the stairs to the loft, but it was no big deal has the bunk beds and a fouton couch bed as well it has just about anything you might need as far as...

"My stay was quite exceptional! I loved the cozy atmosphere and hearing the rain drizzle at night through the open windows throughout the cabin. The area was small, but that was the point. The space was well-organized and quaint. I loved my 4-day stay here! "

"I stayed at Sheena’s place for about 3 months while completing an internship for school. They stay was great! It was exactly as described and had everything that I needed for my time there. Since it is farther outside of town, the internet and service can be a bit tricky, but nothing that couldn’t be handled. She communicated very effectively and helped me with anything that I needed during my stay. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for long or short term stay in St. Helen’s. "

"We had a family reunion in Astoria with a family meal. This kitchen was well appointed and the owner checked in with us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. We will come back here as the space promotes family interactions"

"We enjoyed our three nights at Fort Adobe.The house and facilities are in good condition and very clean. The furnishings are lovely. The washing machine was as good as new. The WiFi is superb.Despite the large road and proximity to the airport, the location is very quiet.We used the house as a base for excursions to Portland's highlights and the surrounding area, and it's great for that.There is a great terrace for when it's warm outside.It's great value for money.Minimal suggestions for...
