"John was an absolute legend of a host. Always available to answer questions or give suggestions! The house is beyond well equipped with anything you could want for your stay, it truly felt like a vacation with the level of amenity and to-do on site. The location of the house is perfect to explore various different areas and attractions along the eastern shore, if you ever want to leave the property that is! We’ll absolutely be renting again!"

"Beautiful location and owners provided everything needed to enjoy it. The water craft and fishing equipment were well kept with life jackets to fit all. Having bug spray available made it so we could go out and enjoy the outdoors. Check in was easy, and the space worked for us with three adults, three teens, and one younger (we did bring an extra air mattress to facilitate with that many big kids). We drove up to Chincoteague for one day and enjoyed the rental the other."

We have stayed at many rentals up and down the Eastern Shore as well as the Outer Banks and this was the cleanest house we have ever stayed in. The location was quiet and peaceful and the dock and screened in porch were where we spent most of our time. The screened in porch was a great spot to relax, eat meals, and play board games. The view was incredible and we launched our boat at the marina right down the street and had it...

"This is such a sweet home in a great neighborhood. We came up for a short fishing trip in the bay and were so happy with the location and the house. The property is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and boat launches. It is an older home, so it does have a few quirks but overall has everything needed for a comfortable stay. I can’t say enough good things about the owner. He is so kind and responsive which made our trip that much more enjoyable. "
