"It was a lovely, quiet adult hotel on the south coast. The only thing that was loud was the ocean waves. Sitting in our own personal hot tub on our porch and looking out at the sea was so peaceful. The food was great with a menu from a different part of the world each night. The sargassum seaweed is unfortunately on the south and east coast of the island. "The staff at this hotel are the highlight! Everyone was so kind and attentive. Hotel is small but lovely with a great restaurant. It’s a bit of a drive to get to Bridgetown or other areas to eat/walk around, outside of Oistins (which is open outside of Friday Night Fish Fry, but in my experience was very quiet)."

We arrived Sunday and unfortunately the restaurants were closed and we requested if she can prepare supper for us which she gladly did and she did not even accept our payment. "South Point Hotel was beautiful! We were greeted by friendly staff and our room was clean and neat. We had a garden view room. The gardens were gorgeous -filled with all types of plants and flowers. The beach is located behind the hotel but unfortunately the sea weed was overgrown. So we enjoyed the pool which was close to the restaurant and bar. "Property is very hard to find. Owner was very adamant that electricity should not be on whole time. There's only 1 A/C unit and hostes was very upset that we kept it on over night (was very hot). There was hardly water to shower, it just trickled out. Cook stove didn't work properly"
