"Very pleasant stay."

"We had a group of thirty-four people for a family vacation and had a blast. The host and the housekeeper were tremendously responsive to any small issues we had over the first few days. The kitchen was well stocked but could use more mugs for coffee/tea and additional forks for larger groups and the tea bags were past the best before date and should be replaced. Twelve bedrooms, each with their own bathroom was great. The pool, hot tubs, ping pong table, pool table, tennis court, and fire pit...

"Our stay here was wonderful! The property is gorgeous, so much space to spread out for our yearly family vacation (32 of us!). The kitchen is amazing!! You’ll have anything and everything you would need to cook. The pool was great for the kids, the deck outside overlooking the pond is a great spot to relax with a drink and snacks. Communication with the owner was quick and easy, it was clean and really had everything we needed to enjoy hanging with our family. Highly recommend!!"

"Absolutely amazing stay. Even better than the pictures! There was a perfect amount of space for 25 people and so much to do. Only bummer was the mosquitos/may flies (not much that can be done about those) and that the pool was ultimately not heated due to weather. Otherwise, everything was as promised or better!"

"The 2 houses were able to accommodate 21 people and 2 dogs. There was plenty of room and the houses were clean. House included linens and a few towels in each bedroom. The grounds are beautiful and it was nice to walk around and take in the scenery. We came here to ski at mt snow and was about 13 minutes to the mountain. "The location was amazing. The cottage was cute, cozy, well appointed. The bed was super comfortable. Falling asleep to the waterfall sounds was similar to sleeping to ocean waves. Next time we visit NH we will certainly try to stay here again. "

"Needed a three-night quiet respite and found just what I was looking for. "

"This was a great location to Mt. Sunapee! Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and house was warm. Could use TV instructions, as remotes did not function. We enjoyed 4 nights, pretty low maintenance family, spent most of our time snowboarding. We brought our dog, and she loved it as she found a toy and we forgot to pack her one!"

"This was our third trip back to this house, so needless to say we enjoy staying set the property. It has enough rooms and beds to fit us and our extended family comfortably, has everything we want and need (multiple bathrooms, a fil kitchen,) plus there's the bonus of a working fireplace. The location can't be beat. Right on the lake, about 7 minutes from the Jackson Gore base area, and Erin walking distance to the dust house. We love it. "
