"The staff were very attentive, welcoming and friendly. They had helped facilitate our laundry and shuttle needs. The room we were given for 4 people was very large! It felt like a whole house, it was roomy with good AC. This is a great place to stay for a great price. "

"If you are in a budget and be out of the hotel most of the time but still want a comfortable stay, this is a good choice already. Could have been better if they have informed us that there were filipino breakfast options since Day 1. We were only able to try it on the day we left. "We had a great stay at charms hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful, even helped us to book the ferry and transports. The breakfast was also diverse and good, with fresh fruits and delicious pancakes/waffles. But also with a filipino touch :P The hotel is also close to the downtown with tricycle. Finally, the pool is super nice to have a relaxing time."
