Once we arrived we received a refreshing lemongrass drink and given a tour of the hotel and a personal greeting in our room. Service was top notch, felt personally cared for the entire time. "The breakfast was a bit basic but room nice apart from old Carrier aircon noise. There was a TV problem that the fixed. The pool area was very nice with shade and sun and was quiet and well kept. The building was VERY well maintained and the staff very helpful and friendly including competitive tour and taxi to airport bookings."

"It’s conveniently located in town, very close to the restaurants and the port area. The staff is friendly, kind and helpful, always making guests feel welcome and well taken care of. The suite room is spacious and I really like the big windows that let in plenty of natural light. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, clean and perfect for a good night’s sleep. "The place is not an option for anybody with asthma or COPD. The tents are extremely moldy and the air is thick with it. We checked in and stayed less than 5 minutes in the room before moving to another hotel. No discount or other combination was offered"

"The property has it all & is nicely designed but the rooms are very small. Our pillows were moldy, so much so I had to get a prescription on the island for my eye that was swollen shut. Shower water is off/on hot /cold but it’s fine. The pool was not well maintained, permanently cloudy. Good location, not a far walk from everything. Breakfast was about the same as everywhere else in the Philippines, basic."
