The house is lovely, with lots of space, three bathrooms and a good sized kitchen. The only issue we had is that the property is managed by people who are completely unfamiliar with it. These means that when a few small issues arose they gave generic, unhelpful advice. For example, when we had issues, like not being able to access free to air TV to watch the cricket, they told use to check the cables etc, but there was no aerial point. Even with photos of this they continued to give irrelevant advice. Similarly, when the air con stopped working on a very hot day they recommended changing the battery in remote, but it was not controlled remotely and again, even with photos we were unable to communicate this and they sent the cleaner around to change the batteries. She arrived, only to recognise that batteries were not the issue. It was fixed in the end, but the fix was delayed by their lack of knowledge of the facilities. We loved the location, being able to walk across the road and be on the clifftop walk was great.
