This luxury holiday home is located in a small apartment complex. The location is ideal in summer and winter. Both the living room with open kitchen and the bedrooms have fixed internet connections, but WiFi is also available. The apartment is suitable for 6 adults and 1 child up to max 80 kg i.v.m. the top bunk bed. The stay offers 2 parking spaces in the shared garage with ski storage, and from the balcony you have a beautiful view
Winter sports in Kaprun stand for snow guarantee, cosiness and a range of possibilities. Together with the village of Zell am See, it forms a beautiful winter sports region with many opportunities for skiing or snowboarding. This is possible with just 1 ski pass! Surrounded by no fewer than three ski resorts, one of which has a glacier, there is no shortage of piste kilometres and snow. The glacier ensures that you can ski here almost all year round. From the village, the modern ski lift goes directly to the glacier area ! By the way, the ski bus stops in front of the door and the ski school for beginners is within 200 m of the apartment.

Need some relaxation after a sporty day? At Kaprun's Tauern Spa, you will completely unwind. With its extensive pool complex with slides, spa wellness restaurant and bar, it has everything for the ultimate day of relaxation.

In summer, enjoy nature in the beautiful mountain world and take the most beautiful hiking, (motor) bike and mountain bike tours here. A must in summer is a visit to the beautiful Stausee with its panoramic views and its modern hydroelectric power station. leider lange nocht so toll wie erwartet und zu teuer für das was man bekommt

Leider war der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung nicht sehr toll.Die Wohnung macht einen modernen und schicken Eindruck, jedoch ist die Einrichtung zum einen billig gemacht und zum anderen nicht ausreichend für die Personen die sie mieten können. Die Bank und die Stühle wackelig, in einem Schlafzimmer kein Platz für nichts (Schränke kann man nur öffnen wenn man davor sitzt und kommt dann nicht mehr an den Türen vorbei. Das Hochbett verhindert dass man auf die eine Bettseite laufen kann ohne über die Leiter steigen zu müssen und dass man das eine Fenster öffnen kann. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer ist, während niemand im Raum war ein Spiegel von der Wand gefallen, der mit einem Tesa-Powerstrip für Handtücher an Rauputz befestigt war. Die Scherben waren nicht ungefährlich. Die Ausfahrt wurde nie geräumt (trotz Neuschnee) und auch erst am 4 Tag einmal gestreut. Zwiaschenzeitlich kamen wir nicht aus der TIefgarage. Am Abreisetag mussten wir auch selbst räumen. Wir sind zu 7. angereist, was ausdrücklich beworben wird. In der Küche war nur Besteck für 6 Personen, 8 mal Geschirr (Teller klein und groß)und kein einziges Wasserglas. Schüsseln waren auch nur 6 da. Töpfe waren zu wenige und vor allem zu klein (keine Möglichkeit z.b. für 7 Personen Nudeln zu kochen) Wir konnten also nicht alle gemeinsam essen. Das schlechteste war allerdings der Hausmeister- und/ oder EIgentümer-Kontakt. Da kam letzlich nic bei raus ausser einem Besteckset und einem Glas. und sehr viel Warten.
