"Everything about the stay was amazing. Directions to the cabin were perfect, they left some really yummy huckleberry bread for us, the instructions for the hot tub were perfect. Ruth and Scott gave us plenty of privacy, but responded to our messages and texts promptly! The cabin itself was super cozy… we watched movies (even got the DVD player working!), had romantic meals by the fireplace, played some games, went out to explore the island and nearby yarn store, and walked around the property...

"Absolutely love this place! Woodsy Retreat is much much more than just a retreat. It is a place of respite and refuge! My wife and I came back again in less than one year for another stay because of how special this place is. "The unit is as advertised, although it’s a bit smaller than it appears in the photos. There were only three of us, so the place was a perfect size. Beds are super comfortable and everything was clean and shiny. We were there for a watch party, so we appreciated the large TV, which was easily accessible to attach our laptop to. Great property."

"Wonderful stay! This is an extremely well-stocked cabin in a small, quiet, private lake community. There is a small walkable playground, and we caught the property in the tail end of the season for kayaks and paddleboards, so we still had access to them. "Very comfortable for two sisters! Beds were very comfortable (even tho photos only show 1 bedroom, there are 2). Tub/shower combo with complimentary shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Sufficient plugs in for medical equipment and lap tops. Kitchen is easy to work in even though it it compact. Convenient to downtown and West Olympia.
