"The hotel is very clean, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth and on time. The hotel is located in Kaleici, which can be a bit noisy at night, so it’s something to keep in mind. Apart from that, everything was perfect, and I had a wonderful stay. "Good-sized room, kept clean, with a beautiful pool area in a great location. Beautiful complex Breakfast could use more options. Difficult to communicate with staff as English is very limited but they tried very hard to accomodate. Bar staff were very friendly and eager to please."

"We could not rate this hotel more highly, the location was exceptional, almost everything you'd want (restaurants, bars, historic sights like Roman Bath House and Hadrian's gate) were all within a 5 minute walk radius. I loved the style of the hotel and the courtyard, very laid back and relaxed. We enjoyed our stay here far more than a previous stay at the Marriott."

"Hotel was empty, basically i had the hotel to myself for the duration of my stay, receptionist turned up around 9am and left at 6pm, no one around incase of emergencies, based in the old town and very close to everything, shops, restaurants, taxi room smelt from the shower drwin, hence why there was a can of disinfectant spray, overall a pleaent stay, "

"I loved the stay. It had a great vibe, down to earth in just the right way. Staff were helpful and courteous. The only downfall was the cold showers at the beginning, but the staff got a repair man in there to fix the problem, so it was a non issue. "
