"First time In Hawaii and we normally stay at Marriott properties in the states . This Resort was popular and crowded once we arrived but the hotel clerk was helpful and informative. It was my Daughters Birthday and the hotel clerk gifted my daughter a necklace. Housekeeping was prompted when it was time to clean our rooms. She asked if we needed anything else and had a smile while asking . The rooms were very clean. We had an amazing view of the ocean and mountain side of the hotel. Can’t wait...

"Our room is in the Kona Tower, which is smaller than average hotel room but it does have everything we need including microwave and frige. It has a walkway straight to the mall on the 2nd floor and to swimming pool on 4th floor and then 13 floor has a convience laundry room where it stocked up on detergent for a few quarters, where you can get them exchanged from the front desk. "Great location. We did technically have an ocean view. I wish it was higher though. Sheraton Princess tower is only 12 floors. They do have other options on higher tower. Other than that the place was good. You could see the water and there were tons of options for food around. Hotel restaurant was good too!"

"We enjoyed how close the hotel is to everything...th beach, restaurants, shopping, it also has a beautiful pool. We didn't like the room we were given. It had a parking garage view, which wasn't at all what was shown on Expedia's site, but the manager offer d to upgrade our room and Expedia gave us a 10% discount, so we appreciated that. "
